Requires Associate’s degree or equivalent and three (3) years experience working in a residential setting. Experience must include preparing reports, monitoring the resident's activities, providing crisis de-escalation, and maintaining appropriate clinical and professional boundaries with residents and staff. Job Overview: Provide leadership to fellow ASM staff. Duties will include: training new staff, addressing positive/poor work performance and reporting same to supervisor, modeling exemplary work performance, and promoting a positive work environment. Job Overview: Provides services in Cincinnati-area correctional facilities, Talbert House offices, and other community locations. Provides intake and assessment, including risk assessment. Develops individual service plans with input of client. Provides ongoing case management services, including referrals to and collaboration with other service providers. Facilitates group services aimed at assisting clients with problem solving and making responsible decisions. Integrates family involvement in supporting clients’ efforts at making pro-social changes.
