Customer Solutions Professional - Reynolds & Reynolds


Position Description:

The Customer Solutions Professional interacts with both internal and external customers to maintain this reputation of delivering a high level of customer service and support. Our CSPs serve as the single point of ownership for dealership computer software issues and are responsible for assuring customer satisfaction. We have several entry-level positions for those who enjoy problem solving, critical thinking, and working with others on a daily basis.

Training:

All Customer Solutions Professionals are assigned a mentor to guide them through the training process. The training consists of 4-6 weeks of classroom-style preparation where they will receive product-based training and learn how to assist customers in utilizing our products. Regular performance reviews are conducted during this time to provide new employees with useful feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to think critically, analytically, and problem solve
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
