2011 State Farm Insurance Summer Internship Program


State Farm is pleased to announce their 2011 Summer Internship Program.


This is a paid internship at a rate of $12.66 per hour.

The program will run for 10 weeks starting in June 2011 through August 2011.

Opportunities are available in the Mid-America Zone Operations Centers and Agency Field Offices.

Newark Operations Center - Newark, Ohio

Murfreesboro Operations Center – Murfreesboro, Tennessee

Agency Field Offices in Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee

Our internship program gives students an orientation to State Farm, the insurance industry, and the various positions within our company.

Requirements:

Candidates must be second semester sophomore through senior status.

Candidates must have a 3.0 GPA or better.

All majors will be considered; however, Agency candidates must be enrolled in one of the following courses of study: Business Administration, Insurance, Marketing, Sales, or Entrepreneurship.

Candidates must be competitive on the State Farm employment test before being considered for an interview.
