Paid Summer Camp Internship in China

Time: July 5 - August 5, 2010

Location: Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China

Internship Credit: 3 credit hours with onsite or online Chinese and TESL (Teach English as Second English) Training

Organizers: U.S. Chinese Culture Center (USCCC) with partner schools in China. USCCC will do all the paper work for you, including get you a Chinese visa and reserve your international round-trip flights to China at group rate ( you pay for your own international round-trip airfare $1000-$1600).

Basic Qualifications for Counselors: College students or college graduates, age 18-60. Healthy English speakers without any accent.

Benefits: 4,000 RMB Yuan stipend. Free furnished apartment or hotel room (double occupancy for teachers), and free meals at the camp. Free tours in and around the camp city during your pre-camp training and weekends. Free weekly Chinese classes.

Camp Students/Campers: K-10 students. American Teachers and parents are welcome to go with their students as paid Camp Counselors.
