JOB TITLE: Senior IT Change Management Analyst

Our Corporate Information Technology (CIT) Group is currently seeking a Senior Change Management Analyst to join our Change Management Team. This position is a full-time permanent role located in Columbus, Ohio and compensation will depend on qualifications and experience.
As a member of the Change Management team your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Planning and monitoring complex change management projects and leading specific portions of complex projects
· Leading the team in configuration, maintenance and support of tools and environments for project release
· Coordinating cross-functional CIT processes and associated tools to support complex software and/or hardware development and releases
· Analyzing, evaluating and designing alternatives and implementing process improvements
· Leading the Change Review Board, conducting post change review analysis, and resolving conflicts
· Training CIT staff on the change process.
. Assisting with line management responsibilities
. Interfacing with auditors, CIT and business leadership regarding the change management process
The following Requirements must be met to be considered for this position:
* A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related computer discipline
* 8 or more years of related industry experience
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
* Strong subject matter expertise in IT Change and Release Management
* U.S citizenship is required.
The following is desired, but not required to be considered for this position:
* Experience with coordinating change in a MicroSoft Windows and PeopleSoft ERP environment
* PMP Certfication
* Experience with release management
* Experience with change management tools such as Quest STAT or ChangeGear
