Staff - Accounting
Assist with the accounting and financial functions for the corporation. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and audits. Assist in month and year end closing procedures. Maintain account reconciliations. Advise management on the business and economic implications of financial data. Prepare Region Americas financial reports for the Regional Management team.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 2-3 years related work experience. CPA preferred but not required. Must have well-developed computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and exhibit a strong sense of urgency and work ethic.

Staff - Human Resources
Administer various health, welfare and retirement plans in accordance with plan provisions and applicable regulations. Assist employees with questions/problems regarding benefits and investigate and resolve issues. Coordinate short-term and long-term disability claims with employee, his/her supervisor and the carrier. Identify and assign family medical leave, as appropriate, ensuring appropriate documentation is completed and received. Research and prepare various department reports. Process benefit invoices for payment and prepare related reports. Prepare and distribute benefit communications and administer open enrollment. Coordinate other employee benefit programs such as tuition reimbursement, employee referral bonuses, etc.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (or a related area) or equivalent with knowledge of employee benefits and the Family and Medical Leave Act. HR Certification is preferred. Successful candidate will have well-developed PC skills, good interpersonal and communication skills. Experience working with confidential matters is preferred.
