Position: ASM A-1 (01267)
This is a full-time, swing shifts and splits shifts position. Work days are Monday through Friday and weekends. Program is located in Lebanon, OH (Warren County). Requires a High School diploma or GED.

2) (NEW!) GATEWAYS (Job Code: 8003-19)
Position: CSP A-2 (02459)
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, first shift. Work schedule will include some weekends. Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent, two years experience working in a substance abuse outpatient setting, and a CDCA (within 90 days of hire).

CORNERSTONE (Job Code: 310-114)

Position: SUP S-1 (05012)

This is a full-time position, working second shift. Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least one (1) year experience in supervision, purchasing, working with vendors, developing systems or data collection. Course study in Behavioral Science or Business, and two years experience working with offenders preferred. Must have basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred). A valid driver’s license and current auto insurance are required. Must have the ability to climb stairs (as the facility encompasses three buildings with three or more floors). Must also be able to assist with lifting and handling supplies weighing up to 50 pounds. A new hire must complete an internal training and become a certified drug test collector within 30 days of hire. During the first eight weeks of employment, a new hire must complete an internal training and pass a competency test on electronic clinical documentation software (CATT).

Job Overview: Oversee the security staff in a halfway house for men. Will oversee program data collection, analysis, and correlation for program/operational outcomes, be responsible for P&P development, review, and contract compliance for ACA and DRC, and maintain work schedule to ensure adequate coverage in the residential program. The prospective candidate must be able to pass a federal background check, as the facility manages a contract with the Federal Bureau of Prisons. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and must have the ability to manage multiple projects within the facility.


ADULT CASE MANAGEMENT-COLLGE HILL (Job Code: 4001-81)

Position: RNS P-2 (300577)

Company: Centerpoint Health

This is a full-time, first shift position. Work days are Monday through Friday. Requires an Associates degree in Nursing, RN license, with one (1) year of relative experience in Medical/Surgical, LTC. Preferred candidate will have at least one (1) year of Mental Health experience. Microsoft Office computer skills are required. During the first eight weeks of employment, new hire must complete an internal training and pass a competency test on electronic clinical documentation software (CATT).

Other minimum requirements: Active RN license in the state of Ohio with no Ohio Board of Nursing disciplinary action against the applicant.

Job Overview: Administer medications/injections and provide mental health assessments and other related duties for a population of mentally ill adults. Additional responsibilities include med room management, nursing-centric trainings, and other duties. Requires a motivated individual who prefers a clinic environment, working with an inter-disciplinary team to best serve our clients.


ADAS CENTER FOOD SERVICES (Job Code: 185-51)

This is a full time, relief cook, working first and second shifts, Monday through Friday and weekends. Requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Two years of institutional food service experience is preferred. Catering experience a plus. Must be able to obtain ServSafe Certification within initial period of close supervision. Must maintain driving privileges for catering function deliveries. Must be availability to fill in for vacations and illnesses.

Job Overview: Maintain sanitary guidelines, provide superlative customer service, maintain workflow, prioritize tasks appropriately, and use time efficiently. Primary job responsibilities include washing pots, pans, and dishes, cooking and preparing meals for clients and catering functions. Duties also include serving food, using normal kitchen equipment, being able to read and follow recipes. The successful candidate must also be able to follow the schedule and be on time for shifts and meetings.


HEALTH-SOURCE OF OHIO LEASED SERVICES (Job Code: 7010-4)

This is a part-time (24 hrs/wk), first shift position. Work days are Monday through Friday with some evening hours. Requires a Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or Marriage and Family with a LISW license or License in Psychology and two (2) years post degree experience in a Behavioral Health environment and provision of assessments/diagnosis, treatment planning, and counseling services. Preferred candidate will have at least three (3) years experience in provision of group, individual, or family therapy, and experience working in a medical office milieu and with demonstrated competency in Alcohol and other Drugs scope of service. A valid current driver's license and insurance is required to travel to rural locations for service delivery and/or trainings or meetings. Job Overview: Provide Individual and Group treatment for Individuals and Families. Will perform assessments and treatment planning, using of best practice treatment pathways in an integrated medical clinic. Will be responsible for all clinical documentation and coordination of care with other providers. Position may also provide training to other agency providers.

DEPARTMENT: RECREATION & YOUTH SERVICES
SALARY RANGE: $45,552 to $68,140
RESPONSIBILITIES: Plans, organizes, supervises and evaluates programs, activities and/or events necessary to provide an area-wide recreational program for individuals and groups of all ages. Conducts program area evaluations and operational studies as needed and recommends modifications to recreation programs, policies and procedures. Oversees recreational, athletic, aquatic and/or cultural facilities. Assists in the development and administration of annual budgets, forecasting of funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials and supplies, and monitors and approves expenditures while tracking generated revenues. Also assists in the
preparation of federal and state grants and seeks sponsorships, gifts and donations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in recreation, physical education or a closely related field and 3 years of experience in recreation or a closely related field; 2 years of which must have been in a full-time paid supervisory or administrative capacity in recreational, athletic and leisure time activities. Two years of experience may substitute for each year of education up to four years. Degree must be from a college or university that is accredited by the U.S. Department of Education through the North Central Association of Colleges and Universities or equivalent region. At time of appointment, must possess and maintain valid First
Aid and Adult/Child CPR with AED certifications and be a certified Instructor for CPR/AED/First Aid. Must obtain Certified Parks and Recreation Professional (CPRP) certification within one year of appointment. Must possess a valid driver's license at time of appointment. Must obtain and maintain a valid Ohio Driver's License within 30 days of appointment.
