Live, Work & Study in London

Do you know of recent grads and alumni who are interested in broadening their career opportunities by spending a challenging and rewarding year working and studying abroad? If so, have they considered the Mountbatten Internship Programme.
We are currently recruiting talented, flexible, and committed recent grads (including seniors graduating in May/June 2010) and young professionals for our AUGUST 2010 program in LONDON.
We work with a variety of premier Sponsor Companies, the majority of which are large multinational organizations. The work placements are primarily finance based, but also include positions in accounting, HR, marketing and communications, IT, and law. Last August we placed close to 120 trainees in companies such as Deutsche Bank, UBS, Merrill Lynch, BlackRock, and M&G Investments to name a few.
In conjunction with the full-time, PAID, corporate work placement, all Mountbatten Trainees enroll in either an MBA or Postgraduate Certificate in International Business Practice (awarded by St Mary’s University College, London). The academic program complements and places the trainees’ experience in context by allowing them to draw upon and apply business theory to the practical experience of their employment.
Trainees enrolled in the MBA complete the degree through an intensive semester of academic study in Bangkok, Thailand. During this residential semester, trainees build upon the knowledge and skills developed in London with particular emphasis given to Asia’s role in the global economy.
Mountbatten Trainees receive fully furnished accommodation in Central London and a monthly living allowance of £615. Support and advice is given throughout the application process and the year in London.
The year in London is structured, balanced and carefully designed for trainees to get as much out of their year as possible. Encourage your students and alumni to jump-start their professional career and research our program today!
