Please be aware that the TEACHNYC website (www.teachnyc.net) is going through a redesign this past two weeks and we're experiencing some bugs, which affected the events page and now seems to have brought up a previously stored version of the What's New page (where the hiring restrictions are listed). The events page was fixed and the What's New page will be fixed within the next 24 -36 hours.
There are three online information sessions in February prospective teachers can register for and attend – one on February 23rd, and two on February 25th. Please feel free to register for any one of the information sessions – the registration links should be operating now. Please encourage prospective teachers to apply by March 1st (even if they will not receive certification until May or June or August of this year.)
