TRAINING SPECIALIST

(NEW!) PROJECT STEPS INSTRUCTOR (Job Code: 462-11)

Position: TRN P-1P (00023)

Company: Talbert House

This is an On-Call (12 Hrs/wk), second shift position. Work days are Monday through Friday. Requires a Bachelor's degree. Preferred candidate will have a degree in Education and one (1) year of experience tutoring grades 7-12 and the ability to provide instruction in multiple subjects. Microsoft Office computer skills are required. A valid driver’s license and current auto insurance are required as employee will be picking up supplies/materials for the program.

Job Overview: An instructor to work with the Cincy After School program at Shroder High School. Instructors will provide project-based instruction in the areas of Math and Science, for students from grades 7-12. Desirable candidates will be able to apply life skills and needed experience to offer students opportunities to apply learning concepts to their everyday lives. Will work collaboratively with other tutors and aides.

Physical Requirements: Minimal physical demands - driving, sitting, use of stairs, standing, walking, and lifting under 50 pounds.


REGISTERED NURSE

DRIVER INTERVENTION PROGRAM (Job Code: 260-3)

Position: RN P-2 (00502)

Company: Talbert House

This on-call position is one evening/month from 4-10 p.m. This position requires an Associate’s degree, Ohio RN license, and one year of experience with signs and symptoms of substance abuse. The preferred candidate will have four years of hospital, residential or AoD treatment program experience.

Job Overview: To have the ability to quantify the presence of a life-threatening withdrawal, withdrawal seizures or delirium tremens; any of which can lead to death. RN to train the staff on what to look for if symptoms appear during the program. Complete the intake questionnaire with the clients and perform mental status exam relevant to signs and symptoms of drug withdrawal. Take clients blood pressure, check pulse and go over medication rules and requirements. This is to assist in sorting out individuals with high blood pressure and not properly medicated verses possible drug withdrawal. Complete all documentation.


FINANCE

Finance (Job Code: 110-54)

Position: FIN P-1 P (00805)

This is a full-time, first shift position. Work days are Monday through Friday. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Preferred candidate will have will have a degree in Accounting or Finance and three years of experience in accounting, budgeting or cost accounting. Microsoft Office computer skills especially Access and advanced Excel skills are required. A valid driver’s license and current auto insurance are required as employee will be expected to drive to trainings and meetings with funders.

Job Overview: Preparation of quarterly and annual cost reports, internal and external budgets and cost accounting.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit for long hours and able to view a computer screen for long hours.


HEALTH-SOURCE OF OHIO LEASED SERVICES (Job Code: 7010-4)

Position: CSP P-2 (302073)

Company: Centerpoint Health

This is a part-time (24 hrs/week), first shift position. Work days are Monday through Friday with some evening hours in New Richmond, Ohio (Clermont County). Requires a Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or Marriage and Family with a LISW license or License in Psychology and two (2) years post degree experience in a Behavioral Health environment and provision of assessments/diagnosis, treatment planning, and counseling services. Preferred candidate will have at least three (3) years experience in provision of group, individual, or family therapy, and experience working in a medical office milieu and with demonstrated competency in Alcohol and other Drugs scope of service. A valid current driver's license and insurance is required to travel to rural locations for service delivery and/or trainings or meetings. Microsoft Office computer skills and data entry into electronic health records (EHR) system of leasing agency are required.

Job Overview: Provide Individual and Group treatment for Individuals and Families. Will perform assessments and treatment planning, using of best practice treatment pathways in an integrated medical clinic. Will be responsible for all clinical documentation and coordination of care with other providers. Position may also provide training to other agency providers.


ADULT CASE MANAGEMENT/WESTERN HILLS (Job Code: 4005-48)

Position: CSM A-3 (304027)

This is a full time, first shift position. Work days are Monday through Friday. Requires equivalent to a Bachelor's degree. Prefer course study in a related social service field and one year experience in social services. Must have basic computer skills. Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, as well as, dependable transportation are required. A new hire must complete an internal training and become a certified drug test collector within 30 days of hire. During the first eight weeks of employment, new hire must complete and internal training and pass a competency test on electronic clinical documentation software (CATT).

Job Overview: Incumbent will perform all duties associated with CPST community case management, i.e., work with a caseload of SMD clients, provide services specific to level of care established, and other duties associated with monitoring, referral, linkage, advocacy, education, etc.

Other minimum qualifications: New hire must be able to lift and carry groceries and other objects for clients when they are not able to. New hire must be able to climb three flights of stairs in a building that does not have an elevator. New hire must be able to have their own vehicle to use for assisting clients out into the community. New Hire must meet agency requirements for their driver’s licenses. New hire must be able to meet the agency's requirements for documentation and utilization.


ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST

ADULT OUTPATIENT/ROSELAWN (Job Code: 1003-12)

Position: ADM A-1 (303020)

Company: Centerpoint Health

This is a full time position working 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and 10:30 am to 7:00 pm 1-2 days a week. Requires High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. A new hire must take and pass CATT test within 8 week of hire. Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel are required. Must have valid drivers license and insurance.

Job Overview:General Administrative support, front desk/switchboard coverage, computer skills, document filing, opening/closing/pulling charts,copying, faxing, good communication skills, meet with clients to set fees, ability to work independently and as a team player.

Physical Requirements: Position requires constant sitting, frequent standing and walking, occasional kneeling or crouching, frequent to constant reaching, handling stooping and fingering. Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
