Our National Security Global Business is currently seeking a Medical Counter-Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) Programming Planner to support Headquarters Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) and the U.S. Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine (USAFSAM). This position is located on Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, Ohio.

Position Responsibilities
As a Medical CBRN Programming Planner, you will support the AFMC Medical Readiness Office and serve as project officer for activating the AF Center for Medical Counter-CBRN. You will coordinate with and advise the USAFSAM Commander to facilitate USAFSAM doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, and facilities (DOTMLPF) actions while preparing and coordinating a Programming Plan (PPLAN) for standing up the AF Center for MC-CBRN mission to a full operational capability by winter 2012/spring 2013. You will facilitate the integration of AF Center for MC-CBRN staff into the USAFSAM organization as the mission capability comes on line. Periodic travel may be required. This position does not provide relocation assistance.

THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION:
- Bachelor's degree in medical-related area plus 10 years' experience in the Air Force Medical Service.
- Experience in planning and managing MC-CBRN programs.
- Understanding of AF organizational structures, roles and staffing processes
- Experience in effectively communicating with senior military and civilian staff to develop and analyze courses of action, facilitate decisions and implement solutions.
- Must have and be able to maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.

THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA ARE DESIRED:
- Experience with Air Force Major Command staff functions.
- Experience with Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) planning.
