Key Responsibilities
To manage the functions of transportation and raw materials procurement, raw materials and inventory control, and distribution support to meet the requirements of the Refinish and Industrial customers for the safe delivery of finished goods and the efficient production support of the Delaware paint producing operations. Packaging administration compliance includes design, markings and labeling.


REQUIRED SKILLS:
Experience and Education
The position requires a degree in logistics and a minimum of six years experience, or the equivalent years of experience. Due to the broad nature of this position and its impact on plant operations and customer service, proven administrative and leadership skills are a requirement. Experience should include supervisory experience, knowledge of batch paint production, materials and inventory management, transportation and distribution, and departmental budgeting. Creativity will be required in order to innovate where workable solutions do not already exist.
