PROJECT MANAGEMENT

ADMINISTRATION PROJECT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (Job Code: 100-3)

Position: PRO P-1 (00001)

Company: Talbert House

This is a full-time, first shift position. Work days are Monday through Friday. Requires a Bachelor's degree with two (2) years experience working on significant projects. Preferred candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, or Project Management with four (4) years experience working in a project management role with work on several significant projects. Microsoft Office Computer skills are required. A valid driver’s license and current auto insurance are required to drive to professional meetings, events, regional and state off-site meetings.

Overview of job responsibilities: Project Management of multiple strategic projects within the agency. Position will report to the Director of Service Integration and be responsible for organizing tasks, resources and people to accomplish multiple projects. Excellent communication, working with teams, gathering and organizing data, use of project management software and tools and overall maintenance of projects. Requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on a variety of projects simultaneously. Person must be solution-focused and able to think critically.

Physical Requirements: The new hire will have occasional standing and walking and frequent to constant sitting. The new hire will have rare feeling, tasting/smelling and use of color vision. Occasional use of midrange and far visual acuity, field of vision and depth perception. Constant hearing and talking and computer use.


FINANCE

This is a full-time, first shift position. Work days are Monday through Friday. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Preferred candidate will have will have a degree in Accounting or Finance and three years of experience in accounting, budgeting or cost accounting. Microsoft Office computer skills especially Access and advanced Excel skills are required. A valid driver’s license and current auto insurance are required as employee will be expected to drive to trainings and meetings with funders.

Job Overview: Preparation of quarterly and annual cost reports, internal and external budgets and cost accounting.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit for long hours and able to view a computer screen for long hours.


(NEW!) SPRING GROVE CENTER (Job Code: 340-207)

Position: CSP A-2 (02183)

Company: Talbert House

This is a full time position working Monday through Friday, first or second shift. Work schedule will include some weekends. Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a CDCA (within 90 days of hire). Preferred candidate will have two to three years work experience with clients with AoD diagnosis. Must have basic computer skills. A valid driver’s license and current auto insurance are required. During the first eight weeks of employment, new hire must complete an internal training and pass a competency test on electronic clinical documentation software (CATT). A new hire must complete an internal training and become a certified drug test collector within 30 days of hire.

Job Overview: Provide individual and group clinical and case management services. The successful candidate must have the ability to conduct an intake assessment to develop and implement a treatment plan and assist clients through the process. This clinical service provider will facilitate groups as needed. This position will work to assist clients to acclimate back into society and to live a pro-social lifestyle.

Physical Requirements: Candidate must be able to climb stairs in a 3 story building several times per day. Must be able to carry files from one floor to another on a regular basis. Must be able to stand to facilitate groups for a minimum of one hour. Must be able to document on computer for several hours a day, several hours a week.


HEALTH-SOURCE OF OHIO LEASED SERVICES (Job Code: 7010-4)

Position: CSP P-2 (302073)

Company: Centerpoint Health

This is a part-time (24 hrs/wk), first shift position. Work days are Monday through Friday with some evening hours. Requires a Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or Marriage and Family with a LISW license or License in Psychology and two (2) years post degree experience in a Behavioral Health environment and provision of assessments/diagnosis, treatment planning, and counseling services. Preferred candidate will have at least three (3) years experience in provision of group, individual, or family therapy, and experience working in a medical office milieu and with demonstrated competency in Alcohol and other Drugs scope of service. A valid current driver's license and insurance is required to travel to rural locations for service delivery and/or trainings or meetings. Microsoft Office computer skills and data entry into electronic health records (EHR) system of leasing agency are required.

Job Overview: Provide Individual and Group treatment for Individuals and Families. Will perform assessments and treatment planning, using of best practice treatment pathways in an integrated medical clinic. Will be responsible for all clinical documentation and coordination of care with other providers. Position may also provide training to other agency providers.

Prefer course study in a related social service field and one year experience in social services. Must have basic computer skills. A valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, as well as, dependable transportation are required. A new hire must complete an internal training and become a certified drug test collector within 30 days of hire. During the first eight weeks of employment, new hire must complete and internal training and pass a competency test on electronic clinical documentation software (CATT).

Job overview: Incumbent will perform all duties associated with CPST community case management, i.e., work with a caseload of SMD clients, provide services specific to level of care established, and other duties associated with monitoring, referral, linkage, advocacy, education, etc.

Physical Requirements: New hire must be able to lift and carry groceries and other objects for clients when they are not able to. New hire's must be able to climb 3 flights of stairs in a building that does not have an elevator. New hire's must be able to have their own vehicle to use for assisting clients out into the community. New hire must meet Agency requirements for their driver's license. New hire must be able to meet the Agency's requirements for documentation and utilization.


CASE MANAGEMENT

New hire must be able to have their own vehicle to use for assisting clients out into the community and meet agency requirement5s for their driver’s licenses.
