SUPERVISOR

Position: SUP S-1 (05004)

This position is full-time, first shift rarely working other shifts or weekends. Work days are Monday through Friday. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent and one (1) year supervisory experience and Microsoft Word and Excel computer skills are required. Preferred candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science or related field and one (1) year would prefer someone who has worked the ASM position or a similar position and who has supervisory skills in addition to that. During the first eight weeks of employment, new hire must complete an internal training and pass a competency test on electronic clinical documentation software (CATT). A new hire must complete an internal training and become a certified drug test collector within 30 days of hire. A valid driver’s license and current auto insurance are also required as employee will be expected to drive to and from work and employment checks but not often.

Job Overview: Manages and maintains facility effectively according to budget and adheres to regulatory and audit guidelines. Ensures safety, security, and environmental compliance. Plans for necessary coverage, inventory, maintenance, etc. to ensure quality facility operation. Assures training and supervision occur. Conducts the evaluation process in a fair, timely and consistent manner. Demonstrates ability to maintain work flow and delegates effectively. Oversee the drug/alcohol testing procedures and maintains data. Oversee the filing and storing of clinical records. Oversee the discipline/reward system and maintains data. Proficient in the creating and maintaining of excel and access data.

Physical requirements: Lifting up to 30 lbs. Bending and reaching to stock items. Ability to quickly navigate in or around the building.


PROJECT MANAGEMENT

ADMINISTRATION PROJECT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (Job Code: 100-3)

Position: PRO P-1 (00001)

This is a full-time, first shift position. Work days are Monday through Friday. Requires a Bachelor's degree with two (2) years experience working on significant projects. Preferred candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, or Project Management with four (4) years experience working in a project management role with work on several significant projects. Microsoft Office Computer skills are required. A valid driver’s license and current auto insurance are required to drive to professional meetings, events, regional and state off-site meetings.

Job Overview: Project Management of multiple strategic projects within the agency. Position will report to the Director of Service Integration and be responsible for organizing tasks, resources and people to accomplish multiple projects. Excellent communication, working with teams, gathering and organizing data, use of project management software and tools and overall maintenance of projects. Requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on a variety of projects simultaneously. Person must be solution-focused and able to think critically.

Physical Requirements: The new hire will have occasional standing and walking and frequent to constant sitting. The new hire will have rare feeling, tasting/smelling and use of color vision. Occasional use of midrange and far visual acuity, field of vision and depth perception. Constant hearing and talking and computer use


UNION DAY SCHOOL (Job Code: 203-19)

Position: CSP A-1 (02448)

This is a full time, first shift position. Work days are Monday through Friday. Program is located in West Chester, OH (Butler County). Requires High School diploma or GED equivalent. Prefer two years experience working in school related programs designed to address severe behaviors and mental health needs to children and adolescents. Must have basic computer skills. A valid driver's license and current auto insurance are required.

Job Overview: Utilizes the Collaborative problem solving model to interact with clients. Direct student activity in assigned areas of the facility. Assist clients and peers in making decisions utilizing appropriate client supervision techniques. New hire may provide educational groups and may facilitate clinical groups. Will consult with team members concerning situations and possible courses of action. Take clients to appointments or to complete errands. Perform intake and orientation duties. Observes, investigates abnormal situations, report findings, takes action as appropriate job role. Patrols buildings and/or grounds to assure safety, custodial care, discipline, surveillance of students and security of property, buildings, and equipment areas (e.g. checks for fires, damage, loss, theft, equipment malfunctions, locks and unlocks doors when required). Answer client questions. Monitor and complete all necessary reports in a timely and organized manner to meet funder and Agency deadlines and reporting requirements. Type letters, case plans, case notes and administrative reviews. Verify completion of forms. Answer questions/inquiries. Update computer records. Complete intake paperwork with clients. Assemble charts. Operates personal computer to enter, edit and/or retrieve data and to produce reports and correspondence.

Physical Requirements: The ability to provide physical crisis intervention (PAARR) is required. Driving in accordance with job duties assigned. Primarily standing and walking around the classroom. Position requires the ability to climb up and down several flights of stairs daily. Infrequent balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Frequent to constant reaching, handling, and fingering. This is a full time, first shift position. Work days are Monday through Friday. Requires equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree. Prefer course study in a related social service field and one year experience in social services. Must have basic computer skills. A valid driver's license and current auto insurance, as well as, dependable transportation are required. A new hire must complete an internal training and become a certified drug test collector within 30 days of hire. During the first eight weeks of employment, new hire must complete an internal training and pass a competency test on electronic clinical documentation software (CATT).

Job Overview: Incumbent will perform all duties associated with CPST community case management, i.e., work with a caseload of SMD clients, provide services specific to level of care established, and other duties with monitoring, referral, linkage, advocacy, education, etc.

Other minimum qualifications: New hire must be able to lift and carry groceries and other objects for clients when they are not able to. New hire must be able to climb three flights of stairs in a building that does not have an elevator. New hire must be able to have their own vehicle to use for assisting clients out into the community. New Hire must meet agency requirements for their driver’s licenses. New hire must be able to meet the agency's requirements for documentation and utilization

ADULT OUTPATIENT/ROSELAWN (Job Code: 1003-12)

This is a full time position working 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and 10:30 am to 7:00 pm 1-2 days a week. Requires High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. A new hire must take and pass CATT test within 8 week of hire. Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel are required. Must have valid drivers license and insurance.

Job Overview: General Administrative support, front desk/switchboard coverage, computer skills, document filing, opening/closing/pulling charts, copying, faxing, good communication skills, meet with clients to set fees, ability to work independently and as a team player.

Physical Requirements: Position requires constant sitting, frequent standing and walking, occasional kneeling or crouching, frequent to constant reaching, handling stooping and fingering. Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
