MANAGER

CHILD & FAMILY OUTPATIENT/WESTERN HILLS (Job Code: 2005-6)

Position: MGR M-2 (306009)

Company: Centerpoint Health

This is a full-time, first shift Manager position. Work days are Monday through Friday. Requires a Master's degree with an independent level of Ohio clinical licensure (either PCC, LISW, IMFT or Licensed Psychologist) and at least two (2) years of supervisory experience of at least 5 FTEs. This position also requires the applicant to demonstrate a successful history of compliance with contractual and accreditation regulations, meeting financial goals/objectives. Preferred candidate will have a degree in Behavioral Health: Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology or related fields and additional AoD competencies valued. The preferred candidate will also have five (5) years of supervisory or managerial level experience in a behavioral health environment: Managing and creating budgets, profit/loss responsibilities, and clinical supervision of multi-disciplinary staff. Microsoft Office computer skills are required. During the first eight weeks of employment, new hire must complete an internal training and pass a competency test on electronic clinical documentation software (CATT). A valid driver’s license and current auto insurance are required.

Job Overview: Provision of effective leadership to a large Child and Family multi-disciplinary treatment department which provides diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, counseling, pharmacologic management and Child and Family CPST services. The position is responsible for the clinical and financial integrity of the department, interfacing with multiple internal and external stakeholders, and facilitates the development and growth of the clinical staff and organization. This position manages supervisory level staff and direct service providers.


REGISTERED NURSE

DRIVER INTERVENTION PROGRAM (Job Code: 260-3)

Position: RN P-2 (00502)

Company: Talbert House

This on-call position is one evening/month from 4-10 p.m. This position requires an Associate’s degree, Ohio RN license, and one year of experience with signs and symptoms of substance abuse. The preferred candidate will have four years of hospital, residential or AoD treatment program experience.

Job Overview: To have the ability to quantify the presence of a life-threatening withdrawal, withdrawal seizures or delirium tremens; any of which can lead to death. RN to train the staff on what to look for if symptoms appear during the program. Complete the intake questionnaire with the clients and perform mental status exam relevant to signs and symptoms of drug withdrawal. Take clients blood pressure, check pulse and go over medication rules and requirements. This is to assist in sorting out individuals with high blood pressure and not properly medicated verses possible drug withdrawal. Complete all documentation.


HEALTH-SOURCE OF OHIO LEASED SERVICES (Job Code: 7010-4)

Position: CSP P-2 (302073)

Company: Centerpoint Health

This is a part-time (24 hrs/wk), first shift position. Work days are Monday through Friday with some evening hours. Requires a Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or Marriage and Family with a LISW license or License in Psychology and two (2) years post degree experience in a Behavioral Health environment and provision of assessments/diagnosis, treatment planning, and counseling services. Preferred candidate will have at least three (3) years experience in provision of group, individual, or family therapy, and experience working in a medical office milieu and with demonstrated competency in Alcohol and other Drugs scope of service. A valid current driver's license and insurance is required to travel to rural locations for service delivery and/or trainings or meetings. Microsoft Office computer skills and data entry into electronic health records (EHR) system of leasing agency are required.Job Overview: Provide Individual and Group treatment for Individuals and Families. Will perform assessments and treatment planning, using of best practice treatment pathways in an integrated medical clinic. Will be responsible for all clinical documentation and coordination of care with other providers. Position may also provide training to other agency providers.



SUBSTANCE ABUSE MENTAL ILLNESS CASE MANAGEMENT (Job Code: 4102-35)
Position: CSM A-3 (304096)
Company: Talbert House

This is a full time, first shift position. Work days are Monday through Friday. Requires equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree. Prefer course study in a related social service field and one year experience in social services. Must have basic computer skills. A valid driver's license and current auto insurance, as well as, dependable transportation are required. A new hire must complete an internal training and become a certified drug test collector within 30 days of hire. During the first eight weeks of employment, new hire must complete an internal training and pass a competency test on electronic clinical documentation software (CATT).
Job overview: Incumbent will perform all duties associated with CPST community case management, i.e., work with a caseload of SMD clients, provide services specific to level of care established, and other duties with monitoring, referral, linkage, advocacy, education, etc.

Physical Requirements
: New hire must be able to lift and carry groceries and other objects for clients when they are not able to. New hire's must be able to climb 3 flights of stairs in a building that doesn't have an elevator. New hire's must be able to have their own vehicle to use for assisting clients out into the community. New hire must meet Agency requirements for their driver’s license. New hire must be able to meet the Agency's requirements for documentation and utilization.
