This position is full-time, first shift rarely working other shifts or weekends. Work days are Monday through Friday. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent and one (1) year supervisory experience and Microsoft Word and Excel computer skills are required. Preferred candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science or related field and one (1) year would prefer someone who has worked the ASM position or a similar position and who has supervisory skills in addition to that. During the first eight weeks of employment, new hire must complete an internal training and pass a competency test on electronic clinical documentation software (CATT). A new hire must complete an internal training and become a certified drug test collector within 30 days of hire. A valid driver’s license and current auto insurance are also required as employee will be expected to drive to and from work and employment checks but not often.
Job Overview: Manages and maintains facility effectively according to budget and adheres to regulatory and audit guidelines. Ensures safety, security, and environmental compliance. Plans for necessary coverage, inventory, maintenance, etc. to ensure quality facility operation. Assures training and supervision occur. Microsoft Office Computer skills are required. A valid driver’s license and current auto insurance are required to drive to professional meetings, events, regional and state off-site meetings.
Job Overview: Project Management of multiple strategic projects within the agency. Position will report to the Director of Service Integration and be responsible for organizing tasks, resources and people to accomplish multiple projects. Excellent communication, working with teams, gathering and organizing data, use of project management software and tools and overall maintenance of projects. Requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on a variety of projects simultaneously. Person must be solution-focused and able to think critically.

This is a full time, first shift position. Work days are Monday through Friday. Program is located in West Chester, OH (Butler County). Requires High School diploma or GED equivalent. Prefer two years experience working in school related programs designed to address severe behaviors and mental health needs to children and adolescents. Must have basic computer skills. A valid driver's license and current auto insurance are required.
Job Overview: Utilizes the Collaborative problem solving model to interact with clients. Direct student activity in assigned areas of the facility. Assist clients and peers in making decisions utilizing appropriate client supervision techniques. New hire may provide educational groups and may facilitate clinical groups. Will consult with team members concerning situations and possible courses of action. Take clients to appointments or to complete errands. Perform intake and orientation duties. Observes, investigates abnormal situations, report findings, takes action as appropriate job role.
